This is a pig I painted at the beginning of the pandemic. The all white background is a response to the quarantine and our isolation. The colors are not very realistic but I love color, playing with color, and watercolor really lends itself to playful color. My Uncle loves pigs and I am sure I had him in the back of my mind when this was painted.
